Situated in the trendy Liberty Village on the 18th floor just outside the downtown core. The apartment has two fully furnished bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. The Master ensuite include both a shower and a soaking tub. The building includes great amenities, a superb view of the city and the lake and has been tastefully decorated with your comfort in mind.
Liberty Village is a trendy and popular area with many of the condo buildings having been built In the last 8 – 10 years. It’s a lively place with lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops around. Steps from some of the city’s best art galleries, music venues and cultural activities.
We are in walking distance to lots of tech firms and design studios and about 15 minutes from the main financial district, major hospitals, CN tower and Metro convention center.
Liberty Village is a great community within Toronto and has access to a Metro grocery store, The Beer Store, LCBO, banks and restaurants.
Buses are available at short intervals and you can also take a short walk to King Street to catch a street car. The building also has access to the Exhibition GO station if you need to commute to any place outside the downtown core.
Taxis are conveniently available for commute to anywhere in the city.

Rules & Policy
House Rules: The condo is a smoke and pet free environment. No illegal substances of any kind are allowed inside the Suite or inside the condominium building.
Only Registered Guests are allowed inside the Condominium Suite and Condominium Building.
No stags, showers or parties of any kind allowed. Please respect neighbours, noise level must be kept down at all times
There are premium wood floors throughout, so kindly remove your shoes while inside the Suite.
All guests are required to produce 1 (one) piece of photo ID and sign a list of ‘House Rules’ at check-in.
Un-registered friends and family of Guests not allowed.
The cleaning fee is for the purpose of cleaning the Suite after a Guest leaves and does not include regular dish washing, garbage removal, or towel exchange during your stay. Please wash dishes during your stay and take out the garbage regularly. If there are dirty dishes on the day of departure, please fill the dishwasher and turn it on prior to leaving. Please do not leave any food, drink, dirty dishes or garbage on the terrace.
Additional charges will apply if house Rules are not adhered to.
Cancellation: written notice provided 30 days prior to check-in will incur no fee. Written notice provided within 30 days of check-in will incur a fee of $500. Early departure does not qualify for any refund on any unused days. The security deposit, where applicable, will be refunded within 10 days of departure after the inspection of the apartment has been completed (some exceptions may apply). In extreme circumstances, we may find it necessary to cancel a reservation and if so, we shall make all practical efforts to offer a comparable alternative. If this is not acceptable, then we will refund any sum paid in advance which shall constitute full and final settlement of any liability we may have as a result of such cancellation.
Right of Access: We or our authorized agents may at any time access the apartment for the purpose of inspection (i.e. insurance, mortgage or real estate viewings) and to carry out repair or maintenance work. We will make every effort to give advance notice to the Guest(s).
