To book any of our fully furnished apartments you can either:

A $500 security deposit is required to secure any of our furnished suites payable by credit card. This deposit is refundable at the end of your stay.

We accept PayPal, certified cheque, and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa and American Express).  All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.

There are additional charges for extra services you may request such as extra furniture. Contact us if you have any questions.

Cancellation: written notice provided 30 days prior to check-in will allow for a full refund. Written notice provided within 30 days of check-in will incur a fee of $1,000. Early departure does not qualify for any refund on any unused days. The security deposit, where applicable, will be refunded within 10 days of departure after the inspection of the apartment has been completed (some exceptions may apply). In extreme circumstances, we may find it necessary to cancel a reservation and if so, we shall make all practical efforts to offer a comparable alternative. If this is not acceptable, then we will refund any sum paid in advance which shall constitute full and final settlement of any liability we may have as a result of such cancellation.

Right of Access: We or our authorized agents may at any time access the apartment for the purpose of inspection (i.e. insurance, mortgage or real estate viewings) and to carry out repair or maintenance work. We will make every effort to give advance notice to the Guest(s).

A Toronto Furnished City Rentals Property Manager will meet you on site to show you through your furnished suite, hand over keys and answer any questions you may have. We are able to meet guests at their suite 24 hours a day.

Guests are requested to provide arrival and mode of transportation 24 hours prior to check-in.

Check-in can occur between 3pm and 10pm any day of the week. Check-out is typically by 11am on the day of departure, except by prior arrangement. Please contact us if you have special requests.

Your furnished suite includes everything necessary for a comfortable stay including high quality furniture and appliances, linen, towels, fully equipped in-suite laundry and a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, crockery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven and stove.

Toronto Furnished City Rentals furnished suites have a minimum stay of 30 nights.

Parking is available at all apartments at an additional cost


Yes bi-weekly cleaning service is available and is included in the price for stay if you plan on staying more than 30 days.

Cleaning supplies (vacuum / mop/ detergent are provided in the apartment for your regular cleaning.
